Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare products:

Returns are not accepted once the product has been opened or used.

Exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos/videos of the issue and packaging are required.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for exchange approval.
