Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare products:

    • Returns are not accepted once the product has been opened or used.

    • Exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

      • Wrong product delivered

      • Product damaged during transit

    • Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Clear photos/videos of the issue and packaging are required.

    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for exchange approval.
